Appointment text opt-in

This is the call to action every client sees on a shop booking page at book.salua.ai when they enter a mobile number. Live example: https://book.salua.ai/, the Fadeworks booking flow (details step, after they pick a service and time). Checking the box is optional and is not required to finish a booking.

The booking details step at book.salua.ai for the shop Fadeworks, headed Almost booked: a summary of the Signature Cut with Tony on Tuesday, Aug 18 at 9:00 am for $45, filled name and mobile number fields, and below them an unchecked checkbox reading "Please text me a reminder about my appointment (optional)". Under the unchecked box is the disclosure "Leave it unchecked and you're still booked. Tick it and we'll text you about this appointment. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help." with Privacy Policy and Terms links, then the Book it button, which is already enabled with the box left unchecked.

What we send
